Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom or personalised orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
National Shipping - Spain
All orders over the value of 80 € qualify for free shipping.
The shipping of Keyrings, Milestones and Magnets is free.
If not in the above cases there is a shipping cost of 2.95 €.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery time usually takes between 2 - 5 business days.
All orders over the value of 30 € are sent with tracking, upon dispatch of your order you will receive all the necessary tracking information.
International Shipping
All orders over the value of 80 € qualify for free shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cycling Artisan is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Delivery time will be vary by destination, usually taking between 3 - 10 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cyclingartisan.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
